Success with NuVet — Mellow's Story
NuVet Plus provided Mellow, my 10 year old Irish Wolfhound, incredible improvement of two problems that plagued her for some time. She developed a severe very moist and basically raw lick granuloma on her right hind ankle. Several vet visits and x-rays later there was diagnosis of osteomyelitis or infection of the underlying bone. After many different drugs, topical ointments, and laser treatments, the condition persisted and the lick granuloma grew. Within several days of starting NuVet Plus, the granuloma became drier and Mellow was more comfortable.
She had also suffered from keratoconjunctivitis sicca or dry eye syndrome for three years. Her eye could not produce enough tears so there is a continual buildup of mucus. Cyclosporin drops were administered daily and her eye needed to be cleaned at least six times a day to keep her comfortable. With NuVet Plus, the mucus decreased and cleaning was necessary only twice each day. Mellow and I definitely recommend NuVet products.
